our next artist up for the q & a series is the figurative artist nathaniel rogers. nate was born in charlottesville, virginia and received a b.a. in studio art from davidson college.

getting to know our artists and their work is one of the most pleasurable aspects of our job. being able to be a bystander and watch styles develop and change over the years is an intimate position.

well we are still rolling with the punches and adapting to the ever changing uncontrollable world. seeing all the new amazing work being created in our artist’s studios is keeping us motivated and inspired daily.

long time gallery artist chris terry is celebrating his retirement from utah state university where he has taught for 31 years with a wonderful exhibition focused on his four sabbaticals taken between 1994 and 2018.

as we navigate our way through this time we are doing our best to roll with the punches. our plan is to continue to share our passion for the arts through our digital platforms and look forward to getting back into our beautiful gallery space soon.

a digital exhibition is never going to be the same experience as seeing a show in person. but for now hidell brooks is embracing the reality of virtual + digital exhibitions because we feel strongly about continuing to provide a platform to exhibit artwork.

spring is just around the corner and who better to get us in the mood other than the superstar creative selena beaudry. a beautiful mess new paintings, baubles and collages is spread out over three rooms each as marvelous as the last.

we cannot believe the new year is upon us already. our exhibition schedule is our calendar and we mark the passing of time with whose show was up and when. we are thrilled to share with you our 2020 exhibition schedule.

we are gearing up for the first opening of 2020 for brian coleman and chris terry. both painters have been working arduously in their studios for the past year in preparation for their solo exhibitions.
