art as a gift is something to be remembered and treasured. there is always a story attached to the artwork. who gave it to you and why will be a part of the history of the work which will travel along with the piece even after it changes hands.

we cannot believe we are wrapping up another year at the gallery and headed into our 25th year of HBG in 2023! so many wonderful works of art have come through our doors in the last few months we wanted to highlight a few.

we can hardly believe the last exhibitions of 2022 are up and opening this week. solo exhibitions for three extraordinary female artists jean frater alexander, mary nelson sinclair and brigid watson. all painters who push the boundaries of painting to a place where they have found their unique visual voice. they are creating strong, emotional work meant to challenge the viewer to enter their world.
