tony hernandez hand delivered new drawings to hidell brooks recently. we both adore tony and his work. we can still remember the first time we saw his paintings so many years ago and how they stopped us in our tracks. we were intrigued in the beginning and soon enough his imagery had hooked us just as the fish hooks in his paintings and drawings sear through objects never letting them go. tony's drawings are simplistic yet powerful.
