hidell brooks is very relieved charlotte missed out on the freezing rain event going on at the moment. lucky for us the tempertures hovered above freezing! we are so excited to open solo exhibitions for ruth ava lyons and johan hagaman tonight. the two shows are by amazing women artists complementing each other's work phenomenally. their paintings and sculptures respectively are both organic at the core and come straight out of the artist's psyche.
a group exhibition of new works by gallery artists including sally king benedict, jenny nelson, chris hayman, selena beaudry, windy o'connor, jacob cooley and sarah helser accompany the exhibitions as well. the opening is tonight friday march 7th from 6-8 pm. both ruth and johan will be in atttandance along with cocktails and bites. please call the gallery for further questions about the exhibitions.
