all year long we enjoy the excitement of receiving new works in the gallery.  the anticipation of seeing new paintings for the first time is very similar to the thrill of the holidays.

the southern style now designer showhouse in savannah is a wonderful treat featuring a handful of the most talented designers working today.  over thanksgiving weekend we had the chance to tour the amazing greek revival home in savannah's historic district. 

we are fired up to cap off the year with a three person exhibition for tony hernandez, amanda talley and scott upton.  all southern artists who are well-known and recognizable at first glance. 

nothing makes us happy more than getting new paintings into the gallery!  lots of new work has been trickling in this fall. 

hidell brooks is very excited to open two exhibitions of new paintings by sarah helser and charlie hanavich this friday night for the october gallery crawl. 

hidell brooks is opening solo exhibitions for susan mcalister and kate long stevenson this friday night september 8th.  both southern artists have strong roots in the south and the southern landscape plays a central role in their work.

a door is not a window herb jackson paintings opens this saturday, august 26 at the gregg museum of art & design on the campus  of north carolina state university..  the museum is having a grand reopening after an extensive renovation. 

summer has flown by full of wonderful installs that have keep us busy, busy, busy!  we snuck out last week to enjoy the beauty of the north carolina coast one more time before the fall season prep is upon us.

tonight is the night for the opening of new work by geraldine neuwirth and anke schofield. both artist's exhibitions are powerful and speak volumes through their use of color palette and imagery.

10 artists, 10 bottles a new exhibition at the world of coca-cola in atlanta opened this week.  10 local artists were asked to each paint a 4-ft. sculpted coke bottle into a unique piece expressing their diverse styles.
